Description

The CD200 antibody, clone OX104, is derived from hybridization of mouse NS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells isolated from a mouse immunized with a recombinant fusion protein containing the two IgSF domains comprising the human CD200 extracellular region.

The CD200 antibody specifically binds to a 40–45 kilodalton (kDa) type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein containing two immunoglobulin superfamily domains (IgSF), and a short cytoplasmic tail. The CD200 antigen is also known as OX-2, MOX1, and MOX2.

APC-R700 is a tandem fluorochrome that combines APC with R700, a proprietary organic dye. This dye has been developed exclusively by BD Biosciences as a brighter alternative to Alexa Fluor® 700. Due to similar excitation and emission properties, APC-R700 and Alexa Fluor® 700 cannot be used simultaneously.

Preparation and Storage

Store vials at 2°C to 8°C. Conjugated forms should not be frozen. Protect from exposure to light. Each reagent is stable until the expiration date shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
