The BD Rhapsody™ Mouse TCR/BCR Multiomic Assay for Targeted kit provides the necessary reagents to prepare full length Mouse TCR and BCR libraries from single cells in combination with a targeted mRNA assay. The reagents required to produce AbSeq and sample tag (SMK) libraries are also included. Additionally, a targeted primer panel such as the Mouse Immune Response panel (cat no. 633753) is required.
