This kit provides the necessary reagents to prepare single-cell full-length Mouse TCR and BCR libraries that are compatible with both BD Rhapsody™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis (WTA) and BD Rhapsody™ Targeted mRNA assays. In addition to this kit, the following items are required:
• An mRNA library preparation kit (either the BD Rhapsody™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis [WTA] Amplification Kit [Catalog No. 633801] or the BD Rhapsody™ Targeted mRNA and AbSeq Amplification Kit [Catalog No. 633774])
• A targeted primer panel, such as the BD Rhapsody™ Immune Response Panel Mm (Catalog No. 633753)
• The BD Rhapsody™ Enhanced Cartridge Reagent Kit v3 (Catalog No. 667052)
• A BD Rhapsody™ cartridge (Catalog No. 633733 or Catalog No. 666262)
• The BD Rhapsody™ cDNA Kit (Catalog No. 633773)
