The purpose of this kit is to provide the necessary reagents to prepare full length Human TCR and BCR libraries from single cells in combination with a targeted mRNA assay. The reagents required to produce AbSeq and sample tag (SMK) libraries are also included. In addition, a targeted primer panel like the Human Immune Response panel (cat no. 633750) is required. Store both the Human Immune Response panel and the Human T Cell Expression Panel at –25°C to –15°C.
