BD® OMICS-One Comprehensive Immuno-Oncology Protein Panel

Uncover 129 Comprehensive Immuno-Oncology Cell Markers in a Single Experiment

As part of our family of BD® OMICS-One Protein Panels for deep immune discovery experiments, the BD® OMICS-One Comprehensive Immuno-Oncology Protein Panel is designed with 129 key specificities to unravel cellular heterogeneity in immuno-oncology research across the broadest set of cell types and states available in the BD® OMICS-One Protein Panel portfolio.

Designed and optimized for the BD Rhapsody Single-Cell Analysis System, the BD® OMICS-One Comprehensive Immuno-Oncology Protein Panel works seamlessly with single-cell RNA assays in the BD Rhapsody System family to enable CITE-seq studies.

If you’re interested in single-cell protein-only profiling studies, BD® OMICS-One Protein Panels also support a protein-only workflow.

*SMART-titrated targets

**The BD® OMICS-One Comprehensive Immuno-Oncology Protein Panel consists of five individual lyophilized 30-plex protein panels—the BD® OMICS-One T-Cell, B-Cell, NK-Cell, APC/Myeloid and Tumor Protein Panels; these are overlapping specificities in the five protein panels.

Smart Panel Design

Lower Sequencing Cost and Increase Sensitivity with SMART Panel Design

SMART panel design helps lower sequencing costs while increasing data resolution by using pretitrated, optimal concentrations of antibody-oligos against select high-expressing primary markers in the panel.  This allows reallocation of sequencing reads otherwise allotted to these high expressors to now detect secondary and tertiary cell surface markers expressed at lower levels. With the SMART panel design approach, low-expression markers can be quantified without having to perform deeper sequencing and incurring high sequencing costs
