准备和存储
The γ2a control is provided as 25 μg of PE conjugate in 1 mL of buffer. The buffer is phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide. Vial should be stored at 2° to 8°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Conjugated forms should not be frozen. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
The Mouse IgG2a antibody, clone X39, is derived from the hybridization of mouse Sp2/0-Ag 14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with KLH. The Mouse IgG2a antibody reacts specifically with keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH), an antigen not expressed on human cells or human cell lines.
