准备和存储

The monoclonal antibody is supplied as 12 µg purified immunoglobulin in 2.0 mL (6 µg/mL) of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). The FITC conjugate is supplied as 25 µg in 2.0 mL (12.5 µg/mL). See vial label for PerCP concentration. PBS contains gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide.The vials should be stored at 2° to 8°C. Conjugated forms should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.

CD61, clone RUU-PL 7F12, is derived from hybridization of mouse P3X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with purified platelet membrane glycoproteins.

CD61 recognizes an Mr 110-kdalton protein, also known as gpIIIa, the common b subunit (integrin b3-chain) of the gpIIb/IIIa complex and the vitronectin receptor (VNR).

PerCP dye is part of the BD blue family of dyes. This dye is a fluorescent protein complex with an excitation maximum (Ex Max) of 481 nm and an emission maximum (Em Max) at 675 nm. PerCP is designed to be excited by the blue laser (488 nm) and detected using an optical filter centered near 680 nm (e.g., a 695/40 nm bandpass filter). The donor dye can be partially excited by the Violet (405 nm) laser resulting in cross-laser excitation and fluorescence spillover. Please ensure that your instrument’s configurations (lasers and optical filters) are appropriate for this dye.
