Product Details
설명
The BD® RNase Inhibitor is a recombinant enzyme used as a precautionary measure in enzymatic manipulation of RNA to inhibit and control for RNases. Small amounts of RNases can degrade isolated RNA, leading to compromised experimental results in downstream applications. Such contamination can also be introduced via tips, tubes, and other reagents used in procedures, which is why it is important to use RNase inhibitors in experiments when working with RNA.
준비 및 보관 제목 텍스트
Keep at -20 °C.
권장 분석 절차
Application: to inhibit and control RNases during RNA manipulation.
Add the BD® RNase inhibitor according to the BD Rhapsody™ System Protocol for which it is required (for example, BD Rhapsody™ Intracellular AbSeq Buffer Kit).
Use standard laboratory safety protocols. Read and understand the safety data sheets (SDSs) before handling chemicals. To obtain SDSs, go to regdocs.bd.com or contact BD Biosciences technical support at scomix@bdscomix.bd.com.
