This panel contains primer pairs that target 389 genes commonly expressed in human breast cancer samples that contain breast cancer cells, tumor infiltrating immune cells, and other cell types present in tumor microenvironments. The primer pairs have been validated for use in BD Rhapsody™ targeted assays.
