Bulklysis™ is a hypotonic lysing solution which provides osmotic lysis of the erythrocytes before immunofluorescence staining of peripheral blood or bone marrow aspirate specimens which are subject to be evaluated in a flow cytometric assay. It it is used as an accessory to IVD procedures in flow cytometric assays.
