BD Horizon RealYellow™試薬 RealBlue™ Reagents試薬は、明るくシングルレーザーでの励起のため、フローサイトメトリー実験に有用な試薬です。
次世代のBD DyeテクノロジーとスペクトラムポジショニングのAIガイドに基づいて導き出された新色素は、既存のフローサイトメトリーとスペクトラルフローサイトメトリーの両方において、レーザー間に生じる蛍光の漏れ込みを軽減し、解像度が向上するように設計されています。

BD Horizon RealBlue™ 705 (RB705) 試薬

RB705試薬は、488 nm Blueレーザーによって励起される革新的な蛍光色素です:
- 低発現表面マーカーおよび細胞内マーカーの検出検出可能な明るい蛍光色素
- 561 nm yellow-greenレーザーによる最小限のクロスレーザー励起
- BB700と比較してバックグラウンドが低い
RB705試薬は、従来のフローサイトメーターでPerCP-Cy5.5またはBB700の代わりに、またはスペクトルフローサイトメーターでPerCP-Cy5.5またはBB700とともに使用できます。
488 nm Blueレーザーで励起されるRB705試薬は、他のレーザーからの励起が最小限で、幅広い製品ラインナップにより、パネルデザインが効率的に行えるようになります。
Performance
BD Horizon RealBlue™ 705試薬は、561 nmのyellow-greenレーザーからのクロスレーザー励起を最小限に抑えます。
RB705、BB700、およびPerCP-Cy5.5蛍光色素のプロファイル
PerCP-Cy5.5およびBB700と比較して、RB705はyellow-green、Red、UV、violetレーザーの検出器への漏れ込みが低いことが示されています。
Applications
RB705試薬は、低発現の表面および細胞内マーカーを明確に分離でき、幅広い特異性で利用できます。また、従来のフローサイトメーターでは、PerCP-Cy5.5またはBB700の代わりに、スペクトルフローサイトメーターでは、 PerCP-Cy5.5またはBB700と同時に使用することができ、パネルデザインの幅を広げることができます。
