Description
Bulklysis™ is a fixative-free erythrocyte lysing solution recommended for the osmotic lysis of the erythrocytes before immunofluorescence staining of peripheral blood or bone marrow aspirate samples.
Bulklysis™ protocol allows greater sensitivity in flow cytometry studies where a higher cell count is required and is easy to apply in samples with low cell counts or to detect small/rare populations.
