Flow cytometry innovation from spectral standardization to imaging: a pathway to new applications

Flow cytometry innovation from spectral standardization to imaging: a pathway to new applications New technologies in flow cytometry are opening a new chapter in standardization and applications for clinical development. This presentation will explore the technical foundation and evidence behind spectral standardization across instruments, reagents, and software, and examine how these advances can improve existing flow assays and enable development of new types of flow biomarkers. In parallel, imaging capabilities are now available in combination with spectral flow cytometry, creating new opportunities for cell characterization. Technical considerations and emerging applications for imaging cytometry will be discussed. Finally, examples will highlight how flow cytometry is being applied to support the clinical development of new therapeutics and precision medicine treatment strategies.
