Exhibitor Workshops

Data science workflows for high-dimensional single-cell analysis using FlowJo Software and BD Cellismo Data Visualization Tools

Integrative sciences linking spatial biology to protein expression and genomics have been pushing the boundaries of data science for multidimensional analyses.

In this talk, we’ll walk you through two higher-dimension multimodal analysis workflows of immunologically relevant samples. First, from flow cytometry we’ll cover panel design with BD® Research Cloud and analysis using FlowJo Software.

Then, we’ll go deeper using primary sequencing files for visualization of single-cell multiomics data with BD Cellismo Data Visualization Tool.

Selecting the best: find out how fluorochrome choice impacts your data

Fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies are used to signal the presence and relative expression of antigens in and on cells. Fluorochromes, however, are not made equal and differ in characteristics that may impact their performance. Have you been selecting the best options for your flow cytometry panels? In this talk, as we demonstrate differences between fluorochromes and highlight the BD Horizon RealBlue™ and RealYellow™ Reagents, we'll share insights on how certain fluorochrome characteristics should be considered during flow cytometry panel design to benefit performance.
