Selecting the best: find out how fluorochrome choice impacts your data
Fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies are used to signal the presence and relative expression of antigens in and on cells. Fluorochromes, however, are not made equal and differ in characteristics that may impact their performance. Have you been selecting the best options for your flow cytometry panels?
