BD Spectrum Viewer
The BD Spectrum Viewer 는 유세포 분석에서 일반적으로 사용되는 fluorochromes의 excitation 및 emission 곡선을 묘사하는 도구입니다. 이 도구는 fluorochrome 및 fluorochrome 호환성, fluorescent spillover를 측정하는데 적합한 필터를 결정하는데 사용할 수 있습니다. excitation 및 emission 히스토그램을 보여주는 정적 이미지와 달리 이 도구는 laser의 excitation 파장을 기반으로 fluorochrome 이 밝기는 다르지만 어떻게 동일한 emission 프로파일을 가지게 되는지를 보여줍니다. 다른laser 파장을 선택하면 해당 파장에서의 excitation을 기반으로 emission 곡선이 변환됩니다.
