ELISA: Purified Rat Anti-Mouse IL-6 antibody (Cat. No. 554400 or 554398) can be useful as a capture antibody for sandwich ELISA measuring mouse IL-6 protein levels. Purified Rat Anti-Mouse IL-6 antibody can be paired with Biotin Rat Anti-Mouse IL-6 antibody (Cat. No. 554402, clone MP5-32C11) as the detecting antibody, with recombinant mouse IL-6 (Cat. No. 554582) as the standard. For testing mouse IL-6 in complex biological samples, such as serum or plasma, investigators are highly encouraged to use the BD OptEIA™ Mouse IL-6 ELISA Set (Cat. No 555240) or BD OptEIA™ Mouse IL-6 ELISA Kit (Cat. No. 550950).
Product Notices
- Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
