BD Oncomark™ Anti-Human HLA-DR FITC/CD13 PE
(RUO (GMP))Anti-Human HLA-DR FITC/CD13 PE
Regulatory Status Legend
Any use of products other than the permitted use without the express written authorization of Becton, Dickinson and Company is strictly prohibited.
Description
Anti–HLA-DR, clone L243, is derived from the hybridization of mouse NS-1/1-Ag4 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with the human lymphoblastoid B-cell line RPMI 8866. CD13, clone L138, is derived from hybridization of mouse Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c x C57BL16 hybrid mice immunized with the KG-1a cell line. Anti–HLA-DR recognizes a human class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC) antigen. The antigen is a transmembrane glycoprotein composed of α and β subunits that have molecular weights of 36 and 27 kilodaltons (kd), respectively. The CD13 antibody recognizes aminopeptidase N, a 150- to 170-kd single-chain integral membrane glycoprotein.
Preparation And Storage
Store vials at 2–8°C. Do not freeze reagents; protect them from prolonged exposure to light. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
