BD Accuri™ C6 Plus Flow Cytometer Self-Installation Tutorial

This course provides instructions for installing the instrument. By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Unpack the instrument
Prepare the fluidics
Perform the QC procedure

Instructor-Led Training

Our training is designed to quickly get you up and running on your instrument. Our training provides hands-on time and the opportunity to get comfortable with the day-to-day operation of the software and cytometer in your own environment.

BD Accuri™ C6 Plus Operator Training

This training provides you with the practical knowledge and skills to acquire and analyze multicolor data and perform maintenance tasks. If applicable, installation of the instrument by a BD associate prior to the start of training is included.

Topics Covered:

General principles of flow cytometry
Cytometer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
Cytometer QC using BD^®CS&T Research Beads
Compensation, data acquisition and analysis, and data management using BD Accuri^™C6 Plus Software
If applicable, data acquisition using the BD CSampler^™ Plus Accessory

Intended Audience: New operators or operators who have not had formal training on this cytometer.

Prerequisites: None

Virtual Training

Training delivered online through a web conferencing application. This training will use the instrument and software in your lab.

Location: Online

Custom training at your site

Pre-arrange with the instructor the topics and number of training days needed. Choose the topics for your training from the list of available training topics.

To get the most out of training, hands-on practice is limited to a maximum of two participants for the training session.

If more than two participants require hands-on training, purchase additional days of training.
