Description
Media containing one-twentieth of the sodium chloride level of the BD BD Difco™ LB (Luria-Bertani) Broth Lennox and BD Difco™ LB (Luria-Bertani) Broth Miller formulations. This allows the researcher to select the optimal salt concentration for a specific strain. The media may be aseptically supplemented with glucose.
