Description
Media containing one-tenth of the sodium chloride level of the BD Difco™ LB (Luria-Bertani) Agar Lennox and BD Difco™ LB (Luria-Bertani) Agar Miller formulations. This allows the researcher to select the optimal salt concentration for a specific strain. The media may be aseptically supplemented with glucose.
