TIGIT Antibodies
Explore multiple clones against TIGIT available for RUO use. These antibodies can be used for applications such as flow cytometry and Cite-seq against Mouse and Human targets. Our anti-TIGIT antibodies were developed in Mouse and Rat and have Mouse IgG1 κ, Mouse IgG2b κ, and Rat IgG1 κ isotypes. Our TIGIT-specific antibodies have been used in multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals. Review over 30 figures from product development to select the best reagents for your needs.

Description: This gene encodes a member of the PVR (poliovirus receptor) family of immunoglobin proteins. The product of this gene is expressed on several classes of T cells including follicular B helper T cells (TFH). The protein has been shown to bind PVR with high affinity; this binding is thought to assist interactions between TFH and dendritic cells to regulate T cell dependent B cell responses.
Description: Enables signaling receptor binding activity. Acts upstream of or within negative regulation of T cell activation. Predicted to be active in cell surface. Orthologous to human TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains).
kDa: 14
Function: Binds with high affinity to the poliovirus receptor (PVR) which causes increased secretion of IL10 and decreased secretion of IL12B and suppresses T-cell activation by promoting the generation of mature immunoregulatory dendritic cells.
Subcellular location: Cell membrane
kDa: 26

Subcellular location: Cell membrane
kDa: 30
VSIG9; VSTM3; WUCAMV-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 9; V-set and transmembrane domain-containing protein 3
