The CD27 antibody specifically binds to the CD27 antigen, also known as TNFRSF7 (tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 7), S152, T14, or Tp55. CD27 is a disulfide-linked homodimer comprised of two single-pass type I transmembrane glycoproteins.
