High-Dimensional Biology for Biomarker Discovery and Functional Characterization of Novel Cell Subsets
As technologies in our industry advance in complexity, speed and sensitivity, the opportunity to use multiple approaches to answer high-dimensional biological questions is changing and expanding our knowledge of immunology. This presentation will highlight how the combined use of high-parameter analytical flow cytometry and advanced single-cell multiomic tools (proteomic and genomic) can help define functional murine NK cell subsets.
Learn how to:
- Use an advanced mouse surface receptor database to guide experimental design
- Reduce batch-effects through high-parameter fluorescence sorting and molecular barcoding
- Perform high-dimensional cell characterization via flow cytometry and AbSeq technologies
- Bridge the gap between single-cell multiomics and flow cytometry based functional assays
