Overview

The BD Rhapsody^™Accessory Kits contain all the necessary reagents needed to capture and process single cells and generate materials for use in library preparation steps. The accessory kits support all assays for the BD Rhapsody^™ Single-Cell Analysis System, including the BD Rhapsody^™ Targeted mRNA Assay, BD Rhapsody^™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis (WTA) Assay, BD Rhapsody^™ TCR/BCR Next Multiomic Assay, and BD Rhapsody^™ ATAC-Seq Assay, as well as workflows enabled by the BD^® AbSeq Antibody-Oligos and BD^® Single-Cell Multiplexing Kits.

Once the RNA and protein information are captured from single cells on the BD Rhapsody^™ Cell Capture Beads, reagents provided in the BD Rhapsody^™ cDNA Kit allow you to perform reverse transcription and generate cDNA for use as a template for all your desired downstream library preparations. The kit can be used with the BD Rhapsody^™ Targeted Assay, BD Rhapsody^™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis Amplification Kit, BD Rhapsody^™ TCR/BCR Profiling Assays, BD^® Single-Cell Multiplexing Kit and BD^®AbSeq Assays.
