Description
The BD™ CBA Human Anaphylatoxin Kit (Catalog No. 561418) can be used to quantitatively measure anaphylatoxin C3a, C4a, and C5a (bioactive cleavage products released from C3, C4, and C5 during complement activation) protein levels in a single EDTA plasma or serum sample. The kit performance has been
optimized for analysis of specific proteins in EDTA plasma and serum samples. The kit provides sufficient reagents for the quantitative analysis of 80 samples.
