Recommended Assay Procedures
ELISA: For the rabbit IgM sandwich ELISA, purified clone 367.2 (available by custom order) is optimal for capture with Biotin Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgM for detection.
Flow cytometry: Biotin Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgM may be used as a primary reagent in immunofluorescent staining.
Product Notices
- Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
- Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

The 367.2 antibody reacts specifically with rabbit IgM. It does not react with rabbit IgG or IgA isotypes.
