Preparation And Storage
Recommended Assay Procedures
This clone H202-141 had been tested in house during development by immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen mouse thymus and spleen tissue sections with antibody concentration of 1-10 µg/ml.
Product Notices
- Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
- Please refer to www.bdbiosciences.com/us/s/resources for technical protocols.
- Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
Companion Products
The H202-141 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with CD98 (4F2, Ly-10), a heterodimer composed of an 80-kDa glycosolated heavy chain covalently linked to a 34-kDa light chain, which is reported to be involved in amino acid transport. H202-141 mAb detects high levels of antigen expression on activated lymphocytes and established cell lines and lower levels of expression on resting leukocytes.
