BD Oncomark™ Anti-Human CD14 FITC/CD64 PE
(RUO (GMP))Anti-Human CD14 FITC/CD64 PE
Regulatory Status Legend
Any use of products other than the permitted use without the express written authorization of Becton, Dickinson and Company is strictly prohibited.
Description
The CD14 antibody, clone MφP9, is derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with peripheral blood monocytes from a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. The CD64 antibody, clone MD22, is derived from fusion of P3X63Ag8 myeloma cells with splenocytes from BALB/c nu/nu mice immunized with FcγRI. The CD14 antibody recognizes a human monocyte/macrophage antigen, with a molecular weight of 55 kilodaltons (kDa). The CD64 antibody recognizes the 72-kDa human FcγRI glycoprotein that can bind monomeric IgG.
Preparation And Storage
Store vials at 2°C–8°C. Conjugated forms should not be frozen. Protect from exposure to light. Each reagent is stable until the expiration date shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
