CD16-FITC / CD64-PE / CD45-PerCP-Cyanine5.5 / CD14-APC is a four-color reagent combination of anti-human monoclonal antibodies that can be used as a direct immunofluorescence reagent on peripheral blood by flow cytometry to study the expression of the CD16 molecule on neutrophils and the expression of the CD14 molecule on monocytes.
