Description
The BD Rhapsody™ TCR/BCR Multiomic Assay for Targeted kit provides the necessary reagents to prepare full length Human TCR and BCR libraries from single cells in combination with a targeted mRNA assay. The reagents required to produce AbSeq and sample tag (SMK) libraries are also included. Additionally, a targeted primer panel such as the Immune Response panel (cat no. 633650) is required.
