Preparation And Storage
The FITC conjugate is supplied as 12.5 μg in 1.0 mL (12.5 μg/mL) of PBS. The PE conjugate is supplied as 7.5 μg in 1.0 mL (7.5 μg/mL) of PBS. The APC conjugate is supplied as 6 μg in 0.5 mL (12 μg/mL) of PBS. PBS contains gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide.
Store vials at 2° to 8°C. Conjugated forms should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
The anti-Hu–IFN-γ antibody, clone 25723.11, is derived from the hybridization of mouse P3X-63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with lymph node cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human IFN-γ.
The anti-human interferon-γ (anti-Hu–IFN-γ) antibody recognizes a 20- to 25-kilodalton (kDa) glycoprotein, which is a type II interferon. It is also known as immune interferon.
