Preparation And Storage
The PE conjugate is supplied in 1.0 mL of PBS containing gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide. Please refer to the vial label for antibody concentration. The vial should be stored at 2° to 8°C. Conjugated forms should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
Anti-Hu–IL-13, clone JES10-5A2, is derived from the mouse myeloma P3X63Ag8 fused with splenocytes from Lewis rats immunized with recombinant human IL-13 expressed in mammalian cells. Anti-Human Interleukin 13 (Anti-Hu–IL-13) recognizes a nonglycosylated protein of 132 amino acids with a molecular mass of 10 kilodaltons (kd).
