Description
The BD CBA Assay Diluent is intended to be used with the BD CBA Flex Set assays to reconstitute and dilute standard controls and dilute test samples for analysis using the BD CBA Flex Set assays.
Note: Investigators are advised that Assay Diluent can exhibit color variation.

Recommended Assay Procedures
For detailed instructions on the use of the BD CBA Assay Diluent, refer to the instruction manual of the appropriate BD CBA Master Buffer Kit (see Suggested Companion Products). The BD CBA Assay Diluent cannot be used with the BD CBA Cell Signaling Master Buffer Kit (Cat. No. 560005/560006) nor with any of the BD CBA Cell Signaling Flex Sets and BD CBA Kit products.

- Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
