Flow cytometry data often contains information across a large number of parameters, making it challenging to visualize and interpret. With more parameters and more complex data in an experiment, algorithmic tools can enhance and improve the characterization of cytometric populations. ​​In this webinar we will present a full workflow based on several algorithms that can help the user to maximize data analysis while minimizing the bias. Dr. Serena Di Cecilia is the Software Solution Manager at BD Biosciences. She holds a PhD in Molecular Oncology obtained from the European School of Molecular Medicine and the Mount Sinai School of Medicine (NY) and a Post-Doc in Translational Science. ​She has a strong interest and experience in biomarker discovery of hematological and cancer diseases by multi-parameter flow cytometry and High Dimensional data analysis.
