BD™ PerCP Streptavidin
(RUO (GMP))
Regulatory Status Legend
Any use of products other than the permitted use without the express written authorization of Becton, Dickinson and Company is strictly prohibited.
Preparation And Storage
Store vials at 2°C–8°C. Conjugated forms should not be frozen. Protect from exposure to light. Each reagent is stable until the expiration date shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
Streptavidin is prepared chromatographically from Streptomyces avidinii. When excited by light at 488 nm from an argon-ion laser, PerCP emits red light with an emission maximum at approximately 680 nm. The emitted light is collected in the fluorescence 3 (FL3) channel. We recommend using software capable of storing and analyzing five-parameter list mode data.
