Preparation And Storage
Buffered saline contains gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide. The vials should be stored at 2º to 8ºC. Conjugated forms should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
Polyclonal anti-mouse Ig antibodies are obtained from antisera pooled from hyperimmunized goats.
The polyclonal antibodies are adsorbed against pooled human serum to remove any cross-reactivity to human Ig.
