PE-Cy™7 Mouse Anti-Human CD45RO
Regulatory Status Legend
Any use of products other than the permitted use without the express written authorization of Becton, Dickinson and Company is strictly prohibited.
Preparation And Storage
The PE conjugate is supplied as 12.5 μg in 2.0 mL (6.25 μg/mL) of phosphate buffered saline (PBS). The PE-Cy7 conjugate is supplied as 25 μg in 0.5 mL (50 μg/mL) of PBS. The APC conjugate is supplied as 25 μg in 0.5 mL (50 μg/mL) of PBS. PBS contains gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide.
Store vials at 2° to 8°C. Conjugated forms should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
The CD45RO antibody, clone UCHL-1, is derived from hybridization of mouse P3/NS-1/1-Ag4-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with an interleukin-2 (IL-2)–dependent human T-cell line.
The CD45RO antibody recognizes a 180-kilodalton (kDa) isoform of the leucocyte common antigen (LCA). CD45 is a member of the CD45 family that includes CD45, CD45RA, and CD45RB. The CD45 antigen is a protein tyrosine phosphatase.
