Advancing Cell Analysis, Revealing Biology
Join us for our 2026 Horizon NEXT EMEA Tour, which will build on foundational cytometry principles to demonstrate how thoughtful fluorochrome selection, structured panel design, robust data analysis and real‑time imaging can collectively elevate your ability to reveal biology. Across four integrated modules, we will explore practical strategies for building high‑performance panels for reproducible results, extracting meaningful biological insights and uncovering additional dimensions of cellular information through imaging‑derived parameters.
Program Modules:
1. Foundation for high-performance spectral panels: Pair optimization
Learn how fluorochrome behavior shapes panel success. We will highlight how fluorochrome brightness, spillover and performance guides antigen assignment. From simple to more complex combinations, you’ll see how intentional fluorochrome pairing creates strong, reliable panel foundations.
2. Achieve consistency in panel design: A structured approach
Learn how strategic fluorochrome assignment drives reproducible results. Using three panels from 12 to 20 colors, we’ll show how structured design based on validated T‑cell markers leads to consistent performance across donors and replicates—ensuring your panels work reliably, experiment after experiment.
3. Quality and insights from biological data: A case study
Learn how thoughtful design leads to clear biological interpretation. Using FlowJo™ Software to analyze a 20‑color dataset from multiple donors, this module demonstrates how robust panel construction supports quality data, confident interpretation and meaningful biological insights across age groups.
4. Visualizing image‑derived parameters: The next frontier in cytometry
Learn how imaging‑derived parameters reveal deeper biology. We will explore how real‑time spectral imaging on BD FACSDiscover™ Platforms adds new analytical dimensions. By examining T‑ and B‑cell interactions using a 20-color spectral panel with 3 fluorescence imaging channels, you’ll see how spatial and morphological data uncover cellular features unseen in traditional cytometry.
