Description

CD64, clone MD22, is derived from fusion of P3X63Ag8 myeloma cells with splenocytes from BALB/c nu/nu mice immunized with FcγRI.

CD45, clone 2D1, is derived from hybridization of mouse NS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).

CD64 recognizes the 72-kilodalton (kd) human FcγRI glycoprotein that can bind monomeric IgG.

CD45 (Anti-HLe-1) recognizes human leucocyte antigens, Mr 180 to 220 kd, that are members of the T200 family.

Preparation And Storage

The CD64/CD45 reagent is supplied as a combination of CD64 PE (≥95% 1:1 PE:mAb ratio) and CD45 PerCP in 1 mL of buffered saline with bovine serum albumin and 0.1% sodium azide. Vials should be stored at 2° to 8°C. QuantiBRITE reagents should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
