The following antibody clones are each composed of mouse IgG1 heavy chains and kappa light chains: CD3, clone SK7 CD19, clone SJ25C1 CD20, clone L27 CD14, antibody clone MφP9, is composed of mouse IgG2b heavy chains and kappa light chains.

The Lineage Cocktail 3 (lin 3) contains antibody clones that, in combination, stain lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and neutrophils. It includes CD3, CD14, CD19, and CD20. Peripheral blood dendritic cells (DCs), including those expressing CD16 and CD56, can be distinguished from other leucocytes by their lack of staining with lin 3.
