Description
The BD IntraSure™ kit is intended to fix and permeabilize cells to enable the staining of intracellular targets with minimal effect on the prior staining of cell surface antigens. Samples are acquired using a BD FACS™ flow cytometer equipped with the appropriate analysis software for data acquisition and analysis.
