Description
The BD Rhapsody™ TCR/BCR Multiomic Assay for WTA kit provides the necessary reagents to prepare full length Human TCR and BCR libraries from single cells in combination with a whole transcriptome analysis (WTA) assay. The reagents required to produce AbSeq and sample tag (SMK) libraries are also included. Additionally, this assay covers all 5 kits needed for your single cell WTA full length VDJ experiment and includes the BD Rhapsody™ Enhanced Cartridge Reagent Kit (cat no. 664887), BD Rhapsody™ 8-Lane Cartridge (cat no. 666262), BD Rhapsody™ cDNA Kit (cat no. 633773), BD Rhapsody™ TCR/BCR Amplification Kit (cat no. 665345), and the BD Rhapsody™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis (WTA) Amplification Kit (cat no. 633801).
