BD™ Anti-Human Lineage Cocktail 2 (lin 2) (CD3, CD14, CD19, CD20, CD56)
(RUO (GMP))Anti-Human Lineage Cocktail 2 (lin 2) (CD3, CD14, CD19, CD20, CD56)
Regulatory Status Legend
Any use of products other than the permitted use without the express written authorization of Becton, Dickinson and Company is strictly prohibited.
Description
The following antibody clones are each composed of mouse IgG1 heavy chains and kappa light chains: CD3, clone SK7 CD19, clone SJ25C1 CD20, clone L27 The following antibody clones are each composed of mouse IgG2b heavy chains and kappa light chains: CD14, clone MφP9 CD56, clone NCAM16.2
The Lineage Cocktail 2 (lin 2) contains antibody clones that, in combination, stain lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and neutrophils. It includes CD3, CD14, CD19, CD20, and CD56. Peripheral blood dendritic cells (DCs), including those expressing CD16, can be distinguished from other leucocytes by their lack of staining with lin 2.
