Developed using the EuroFlow™ approach, PIDOT facilitates a standardized immunophenotypic interpretation of lymphoid primary immunodeficiencies (PID). The PIDOT combines B and T-cell markers in a single panel. Using the EuroFlow™ PIDOT Database with BD Infinicyt™ software enables automated comparison with age-matched healthy controls and automated reporting.
