Description
Once the RNA and protein information are captured from single cells on the BD Rhapsody™ Cell Capture Beads, reagents provided in the BD Rhapsody™ cDNA Kit allow you to perform reverse transcription and generate cDNA for use as a template for all your desired downstream library preparations.
