Regulatory Status Legend
Any use of products other than the permitted use without the express written authorization of Becton, Dickinson and Company is strictly prohibited.
Preparation And Storage
The monoclonal antibody is supplied as 60 µg purified immunoglobulin in 2.0 mL (30 µg/mL) of phosphate-buffered saline. The FITC conjugate is supplied as 60 µg in 2.0 mL (30 µg/mL). Buffered saline contains gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide. The vials should be stored at 2° to 8°C. Conjugated forms should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. CD7, clone 4H9, is derived from hybridization of mouse P3-X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with T-acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. CD7 recognizes a human T- and natural killer (NK)–lymphocyte antigen, Mr 40 kilodaltons (kd).
