The IREM-2 antibody, clone UP-H2, is derived from the hybridization of SP2 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with 300.19 cells transfected with HA-tagged IREM-2.
The IREM-2 antibody recognizes a 34-kilodalton (kDa) integral membrane glycoprotein which is a member of the CMFRF35 subfamily of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. The IREM-2 antigen is also known as CD300e, CMRL35L1, LMIR6, and CLM-2.
