BD Pharmingen™ FITC Mouse Anti-Human Blood Group A
クローン NaM87-1F6 (RUO)
Flow cytometric analysis of Human Blood Group A expression on human red blood cells. Human red blood cells were stained with either FITC Mouse IgG3, κ Isotype Control (Cat. No. 555578; dashed line histogram) or PE Mouse Anti-Human Blood Group A antibody (Cat. No. 550807; solid line histogram). The fluorescence histogram showing Human Blood Group A expression (or Ig Isotype control staining) was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of erythrocytes.

Product Notices
- Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
- An isotype control should be used at the same concentration as the antibody of interest.
- Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

The NaM87-1F6 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to blood group A expressed on human erythrocytes. Clone NaM87-1F6 induces agglutination of human group A red blood cells. It does not react with human group B, or group O red blood cells.
