Preparation And Storage

Store the fluorescent antibodies, BD CompBeads, Stain Buffer, Treated and Untreated Control Cells, and Lyse/Fix Buffer at 2 to 8°C. Do not freeze. The fluorescent antibodies and BD CompBeads should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Store the Perm Buffer III at –20°C.
