The BD Accuri CSampler Plus automation accessory

Accuri w/ CSampler and Monitor

For walkaway convenience, the optional BD CSampler Plus accessory offers reliable and easy-to-use automation. The system supports 48- and 96-well plates and deep-well plates, and is also supplied with a 24-tube rack for standard 12 x 75-mm tubes. They are processed directly in the BD Accuri C6 Plus cytometer, saving time. The BD CSampler Plus adds a minimal footprint to the BD Accuri C6 Plus, about three feet square for the pair, keeping your benchtop free for other uses.

Once you have downloaded a template, select File > Open Workspace or Template and open it. Gate positions, zoom level, thresholds, and compensation, run, and fluidics settings are all fully adjustable and may require optimization for different sample types. Once the settings are optimized for your experiment, click Run to begin data acquisition.

Note: The linked templates on this page are provided for the convenience of our research customers. All reagents and kits are compatible with both BD Accuri C6 Plus and BD Accuri C6 systems. The product information sheets and the catalog of available kits and templates, and data within them, were generated using the BD Accuri C6 flow cytometer system.
